The RFAK is a compact individual first aid kit that attaches via MOLLE to your assault vest or body armor. It has a unique, detachable inner panel that can be adjusted to carry different items. Simply unbuckle, then pull the red tab to remove the panel from the carrying bag.

One improvement I would make is to have a small cord attaching the insert to the pouch so if you need to be moved you can’t loose your ifak. I used 550 cord.

Just the right amount of capacity to carry a reasonable first aid kit with room to spare. Attaches perfectly to my Mystery Ranch 3DAP. What can I say? Mystery Ranch hit this one out of the ball park.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SP60 from Packs a Punch for its sizeI bought the RFAK to carry with me on my elk and whitetail hunts. It fits nicely in my MR Sawtooth and Pop-Up 28 packs. I was impressed how spacious the small pack is. I was able to fit a tourniquet, gauze pads, quick clot, blister treatments and miscellaneous bandages in the pack. During my non hunting times I carry the RFAK in my truck.

As an EMT who does lots of backcountry hunting, this item is perfect to keep emergency medical items close and easily accessible.
